I prefer shield for early Guard.Unfortunately the rerelease increased the level to unlock it but also added Slapshot which is absolutely busted.

Whatever gives you the guard first is easily the better option.

>>736204285The only acceptable option is +Staff. Literally anything else is incorrect as you can't get the MP anywhere else which means less Aeroga/Curaga/Graviga/Thundaga uses and it takes you longer to pass the threshold of dealing high damage to enemies.
