do i use windfury on both weapons or windfury on main and something else on the other for levelling?
>>736212696I dunno lol
>>736212696Double WF but ideally don't play WoW at all
>>736212894thanks man, literally nothing else to play atm. Burnt out on D2R. Crimson Desert is too much brain power, and i played all the indies ive wanted to this year. atleast its not retail
>>736212696Slowest weapons you can get (highest per hit weapon damage), WF on bothWhat you're aiming for is big opening burst damage. Functionally obliterating NPCs before they can do anything, and letting the internal cooldowns carry between targets. Dead targets can't hurt you, so this tends to be much more sustain for leveling.
>>736213053thanks, odd. I read that fast weaps for proccing WF was the go. But makes sense where you're coming from. I was using Ravager before this (slow 2h) but still felt shit esp when i missed/barely procced WF. I have slow mh and fast offhand.
>>7362131712H is mostly for PVP for the huge damage spike opponents really can't prepare for.NPCs feel better on dual wield, since you will open up each encounter with two chances for decent WF procs. But also feel free to play your own way. Fast offhands with Flametongue are fine, and technically higher DPS given faster weapon speed, especially against more armored targets. Your mainhand should probably always be the highest per-hit damage weapon you can get with WF though. It's still a crapshoot class. Crit oriented and bursty. Some encounters are just going to feel like shit.Others will be instantly deleted. Keeps things interesting.
>>736213171Ideally you want matching weapon speeds (and an offhand desync macro) because TBC flurry has a 0.5 sec cd, so if you are good at getting your weapon hits synced up it massively increases your DPS by giving you a higher flurry uptime. That's autism tier minmaxing though, and not at all necessary for leveling.
