The villain's monologue isn't there because they are supposed to become more agreeable or anything, it's there because that's basically how they cope, and also because the sheer energy of going on about your ideology and whatever is kinda fun both to write and read.You know those 2000~ characters schizo rant pastas? Yea, that's the appeal. It's not necessarily about what the say and whether it's "correct", it's about the intensity of what they seem to be feeling.
