I was considering a power ACK + ring thief build to fuck over DRE users but then I remembered how absurd the ring gain actually is when they go perfect drift bounty build. Like 3 slots worth of ring stealing probably can't keep up at all.Vs anyone else not using perfect bounty it might be funny as fuck tho.
>>736242784Any DRE user worth screwing over probably won't be in contact with you enough for ring stealing to matter, the best way to ruin them is to just hit them with items while they're creeping up the pack early. Item spam builds would probably be great for that.

>>736242784I dread the idea of making bump effects stronger with this game's netcode, but if they want people using Ring Thief gadgets they need to be a lot stronger than they are. An extra -2-7 with cooldown on a collision isn't shit when it's eating half your gadget plate and most basic bitch items are -50.People are still experimenting with builds though, it'd probably be enough to screw the faster-but-riskier builds like Tech Drift+[1 slot Bounty gadget] or QC2+Ring Boost if you manage to catch them, or the "safer" builds like PCB+130 Ring Limit if they haven't built a buffer yet.
