I played vanilla to death and later on (which is 15 years ago maybe) on heavily modded MWSE
generally total overhaul seems to be fine, whatever other quirks I had I have changed but dunno what to do with HUD. It's too skyrimmy. And because of vague patches I can't figure out how to change it, I got pretty close actually but now enemies have double healthbars
