Should you try to make your own turnaround anyway, even if it’s rough, or rely on other references like different outfits or images that seem proportionally consistent? Modeling is easy. Texturing is the bitch. Even just doing light modding like some partial color swaps is a pain in the ass if you aren't already comfortable with the texturing workflow. I'm inclined to do an art style where vertex color works and apply texture decals where essential.
