most of the time it's fine
but the blur doesn't go away because it's built in by design and game artists choose to use too many effects which cause other issues and visual clarity is at an all time low
not to mention your own monitor can have settings and can also "ghost" because it doesn't update fast enough or updates to fast, idk i'm not an expert
