I had my first child last year and I went from an average of 3-5 hours of gaming on my PC daily to maybe 6 hours weekly squeezed in on my steam deck. While I don't have time to play huge RPGs I am interested in like Crimson Desert or KCD2, I've been taking advantage of save states and emulation to play older RPGs and other games that, given more free time, I would probably invest in games with broader scope. My playtime is like 20% what it used to be, but in a way the time I do spend is much more fulfilling than it used to be. Just have to be more scrupulous about what I want to play. I have had to pretty much give up on being "good" at any competitive game which is a weird experience too. Deadlock is a lot harder to enjoy now than when I was doing 15+ games a week
