Joyless button mashing. I emulated this for a few missions before dismissing it. Why not play a fighting game or at least a proper action game like DMC?

>>736255279I like both but there is a wild difference in the level of finesse offered in DMC/Bayonetta/Ninja Gaiden/etc compared to Musou games. The later absolutely being button mashers (still fun) while the former CAN be button mashed but offers plenty of difficult challenges that require finesse and combo use. Both are plenty fun however. I usually skip every 10 or so musou before I get another. I'm glad I waited a while to get the newest Zelda Warriors game though, it's excellent. By contrast I get every spectacle fighter I can.
