An ER scale game takes time even for Fromsoft. You're insanely entitled to not appreciate just how fast fromsoft works relative to other studios. They release at least one game (let's be real SotE has the content of a normal full release game) a year and have kept that pace up for like 20+ straight years.

DS3+dlc
Sekiro
ER+dlc
AC6
Nightreign
and soon dusk bloods
