What games besides Abiotic Factor have a level-up perk that does LITERALLY NOTHING under any conceivable circumstance, whether alone or with friends?

but it does more than the 25 other level up perks for that skill which are ACTUALLY literally nothing.

Outer Worlds 2
Bunch of perks didnt even work because they were bugged
Worst part is you dont even have a stat screen because the RPG aspects are so shallow you just have to pick it and pray it actually works

I don't know why you would want to, but you could spam reloads for XP with any gun via that perk. I really have no clue why you'd want to do that though, anybody can use the 9mm and you can unload and reload that one all you want. It does technically do something, it just does something useless.
Skills and traits need a rework though, First Aid is a tree with exactly one actually good skill. I'd harp on Cooking as well, but cooking in general just needs a big buff. The expansion of buffs to baked goods was nice but we need more. I also demand to be allowed to use the ovens in kitchen areas, they're right there and the stovetop works after repairs are made.

I'm not sure I follow about Cooking. It kinda dominates for a noncombat skill, the oven is required to make your own lodestones and the same level that gives you it also improves your passive healing by a noticable amount. There isn't another skill with as many flexible effects it can have, some of which are pretty impactful like the speed boosting one, the underwater vision one, the one that boosts max HP + stamina by 20%, and the damage reduction ones.

Later on with detonation cords costing 4 glue, you use it to provide for that too.

what the fuck

I've got it. It's for a scenario of being another player's bitch completely. After a combat you are expected to dump a bunch of fresh weapons at your master's feet and reload all the ones he drops for you.

Finally a game OP's mom can play

yikes

>>736307471
last I checked the endgame combat meta was a hotbar full of shotguns, "pirate with a bandolier of loaded flintlocks"-style, so honestly this is probably SLIGHTLY less ridiculous than it sounds

Damn I played completely differently than that but I can see it working for sure with the Antique
