Is this game good or no? I'm thinking of playing something different and Shantae games look cute.

>>736309382It's pretty fun. Shantae is basically a Metroidvania so you're always getting new abilities to get past hazards. That one in particular gives her a bunch of pirate gear used in different ways.

>>736309382Shantae is a mediocre series with cute art and great character design.The best game in the series, the one you posted, is a 6/10.The GBC game gets major props for being very ambitious for the platform it was released on, and being "indie" before indie was easy, so that might be my favorite one. But it's mired by the fact you can't see shit in front of you, and it's generally a worse Wario Land 3.
