That said, the build quality is like 100x better than the Switch 1 and it feels like a finished product compared to the Switch 1 and its Amazon Fire Kids tablet. Helps that the Switch 2 screen alone is bigger than the entire Switch 1 WITH its joycons still attached. The weight of it is also very nice. That said, I only bought it because of that deal, but I needed to play Xenoblade X that I got for $38 the time it was on sale so it all sort of clicked into place. I am playing through the Star Force collection and want to make out with Omega-xis.

The price should have been $399.99 and Mario Kart World should have been $69.99. Admit variable pricing is Doug Bowser's lie and just say Switch 2 carts are more expensive than Switch 1 carts. That's it really. The lack of honest communication is killing Nintendo and the Switch 2 brand.

Killed game-key cards and that digital card concept in general on the cutting room floor. Nintendo has always been the worst option available for digital, they have no business leaning into it until they get their shit even halfway together. Their commitment to decent physical releases was one of the last great things about them.
