Digital and Physical both have their ups and downs. I think digital without DRM is probably the best medium, like what GOG gives you. Used to have a massive PS2 collection in college, but at a certain point it just takes up a lot of space, and there's no way you're playing all those games. It's a money drain. I like getting shit from gog or roms/isos and storing them on my media server now. Way more space effective, and way cheaper. Also physical copies of new games fucking suck 9/10 becuase they just download the game and don't even come with a manual in the case.

I only have physical copies of my absolute favorites and games i got really cheap on sale. Everything else is on steam or emulators.
