What are some good megastructure vidya?

>>736328951Rain World
>>736328951Dolls Nest
>>736330185>>736330287Far far too small for megastructres.
NaissanceE is a classic by now. Walking simulator with some puzzles, but very well done. Like 4 hours long. Think it's free on steam now.
>>736328951https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/69609/Megastructure_Collection/Plus Doll's Nest and NaissanceE
>>736328951INSIDEIt starts out fairly simple, but towards the end of the game, the scale becomes quite impressive.

Talos Principle II

>>736328951Echo. It's an allright stealth game, but it takes place on this weird replicating mega stucture.
dolls nest
Blackshard is pretty good.
>>736330287Is it strange to feel nostalgic for Elden Ring already?
What is the appeal?
>>736331317Echo was a fun idea stretched out way too long. I liked it overall though.https://youtu.be/-U6MNgJbQFo?si=oD3HNyljyPqCsxHs
The Leviathan (Destiny 2), when I had the chance to raid it, was cool to explore.
bleak faith: forsaken
>>736332174Yeah. I enjoyed my time with it, but I have no intentions of playing through it again.
ignore the megastructure
>>736331851It's a 4 year old game.
>>736331851Its near the top of my games I want to play for the first time again list. I can play DaS in my sleep for fun, but the second I hit the field in ER I stop wanting to play.
>>736331851Nah. Nostalgia is not a thing that hits you over childhood shit only.
surprised no one mentioned Lorn's Lure, that one almost feels like "Blame!"
>>736332230What is this game even about? I remember being interested in it because of the Beksinski inspired visuals.
>>736332359It's funny when anons were complaining about replayability that they didn't consider that a massive game like that is best played after a few years when your memory fades away a bit.
>>736332406
Not my list
>>736332210So much cool shit absolutely wasted on that IP
Kenshi
This might not be exactly what the thread is looking for but Stonehenge from Ace Combat is undeniably kino
I just want a Blame! dungeon crawler
>>736328951The God of War serieshttps://youtu.be/4DaoJwI2SV8?si=1qzbbxhAs-eey-2R&t=8771
>>736332419It's a vaguely souls-like action RPG in a megastructure world where there's more focus on exploration and wandering around than the combat. The story was something about multiple factions fighting over a relic they're all trying to find in the area.
>>736328951Stellaris
>>736331851It is for me because I bought it on release, beat Fire Giant and then didn’t want to progress further without clearing up side quests because I heard it was a point of no return. Got bored of doing that and didn’t play it for a few years because I got busy. I picked up my save last week and I finally beat it 4 years later
Armored Core in general.AC6 is frankly pretty ridiculous with it in the best way.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RyYkdZIXcKE
dyson sphere programyes everything in the game is miniaturized but the way your dyson sphere under construction will rise in the background while you're doing other stuff is so damn cool
>>736332608Hey someone saved my list. I've actually added some more games since then, mostly demos. Not all of them fit the BLAME! scale of megastructure though.Undetermined Size:>BETON BRUTAL, Blessed Burden, Kairo, MOTORSLICE, VHOLUME, White KnucklePlanet or City Sized:>BABBDI, Armored Core 6, Hypogea, Peripeteia, V.A.
