Unironically can we just stick to playing WoW and OSRS? MMOs are a cannibalistic genre: they can only be created if they leech players from another game. We all win more if we stick to the same 2-3 games. I'll even be nice and let FFXIV, GW2 and Maplestory join the bunch too, but can we agree to play only these five games?

Dev was making the idea of a game he thought was cool but was making the age old mistake of haivng PvP and PvE people be on the same server and tried having all these complicated rules for PvP that pissed off both PvE and PvP players. The game got a lot of bad press on EA release instead of blowing up in popularity like devs were hoping. Players were hoping the devs would iron things out eventually but it was too late the EA launch itself was the last gasp.
