Kings Raid(rip) had every character and costume easily and immediately available without and form of gacha by selling it using the typical in game currency, it's gacha was only weapons/gear. Browndust 2 is my current main which gives so many rolls and character tickets you are going to get every character, I've got like 900 rolls in reserve just because I've maxed just about every character, they didn't even have paid costumes until recently so for a while you really had no reason to spend on anything.
