I started replaying the original trilogy recently. The ending to 1-2 was shittier than I remembered. I guess they needed a way to introduce Maya's spirit channeling powers and the games didn't have the inspect evidence feature yet for Phoenix/the player to see the receipt on their own, but the deus ex machina there felt kinda bullshit. Also I don't like how the court doesn't ever accept Phoenix proving that Redd White was the culprit but instead Phoenix just blackmails him into confessing with the evidence of his blackmailing. Tis a shame because that case is pretty important to the series overall.
Why didn't Phoenix marry her
Sex with Armie.
She can't keep getting away with it

>>736339795I've always felt that way about 1-2. Nothing about it feels like an "earned" victory. Redd White is set up to be this untouchable 4D keikaku master who has judges and politicians in his pocket, then he decides to personally take the stand for no real reason and proceeds to spill his spaghetti all over the courtroom like a retard. It takes an asspull for Phoenix to not win right then and there, and then once he's losing due to asspull it takes more asspulls to bring him back to winning.>>736340680she's 10
>>736341391Out of 10!
>>736338895Wasn't she found innocent in a court of law? That's dangerously close to defamation.
>>736341391That's the best part, anon
>>736339795AA is pretty weak overall until 1-4. JFA blows it out of the water completelybig top is overhated
>>736338895
>>736339795It still suffered from being a secondary tutorial case. But yeah shit just feels pretty anticlimatic
>>736342337The Big Top case is retarded. Max is fine, Moe when he isn't being a fucktard is fine. Ben is one of the worst characters in the series, Acro is a fucking moron and the actual kill itself is more unrealistic than the entire concept of channeling dead people
Would you give her a tip?
>>736344810no
>>736341627What are the chances of someone getting found innocent each time after being charged for like five separate murder cases? That's a crazy statistical anomaly.

>>736345343It's a mystery
I assure you, it's quite based.
>>736345524God I wish that were me
>>736346543Curiously I've noticed this same thing. When i'm drunk i get more productive and actually get shit done. Of course there is limit where you actually get dimishing returns, but its weird it works like this for me. When i'm not drunk i'm basically stoic vegetable and its hard to start doing anything.
Vera!
