Ever since I read it at 15, FSN has been my favorite piece of media ever. A lot of people hyped up Tsukihime for being "better than Fate" so i got excited until I actually read it and Arc's route was pretty good but Ciel herself to be eh. Reading the same arc again but with a character I was less hooked on was boring so I dropped it for a few years.
I revisited it only because I wanted something to read during my boring college lectures, so I did and the moment I got to the Near Side i understood the hype immediately. I still wouldn't put it above FSN or FHA personally, but I can understood those who love it more.
Akiha had my favorite route. the twins were close behind.
