The wishes will be granted simultaneously once everyone has decided, with the "kill" and "don't kill" wishes being resolved first. (If everyone kills each other, then everyone dies.)You don't know these people, and though you can talk with them, there's no guarantee that you can convince them. In the first round, the "kill" wishes get granted for everyone, UNLESS someone wished to "not" be killed, in which case he gets exempted. Then if there's still someone alive (i.e. not killed by someone else's wish), you go to the second round, where the other non-kill related wishes get granted. If everyone got killed by someone else's wishes then that's that, and the second round of wishes doesn't go through.
