There are quite a few non human enemy types but they're still way outnumbered by the amount of regular human enemies. Boss fights are extremely varied but can feel confusing until you figure out the gimmick. The exploration is great and I rarely feel like I can't find anything with sticking my nose into. All gear can be upgraded to max level so there's no situations where you finish some area and the reward is an item you scaled past 20 hours ago. CD combat is far faster and almost power fantasy until you hit a boss that slaps your ass back to the graveyard.
