That window is there to inform you in case something goes wrong.

Windows has 2 kinds of programs, console programs and window programs. The former will always open a console (if it wasn't started from an existing console), the latter doesn't. This is a single toggle when you create a program. It is impossible for someone smart enough to make malware to be dumb enough to build their shit in console mode.
