A (female) fren of mine is a huge Cyberpunk 2077/Edgerunners "Stan" but whenever I ask her if she wants to play Cyberpunk 2020 she refused telling me "I don't have time for tabletop games", yet I see her all the time on Steam playing The Sims 4, I'm still not sure if she thought that I was trying to date her or if she really doesn't wanna get into the source material.

It's very hard to play anything but the most mainstream of games and if you want to play any long ass campaign games it's better to just play solo. Unless you have FRIENDS.And I did have some friends to play some games but never a long campaign or games with more than 10 pages in its rulebook. It's just not that appealing to most people.Just the other day I even thought of using AI to play with me but man I already know I'll have trouble making them remember a hundred page rulebook for every single move.

Last time I ran a game only two people out of five could show up consistently even though everyone totally had sundays free so I basically just started winging everything and it felt very halfassed on my end
