>used to laugh at retards like DSP getting lost constantly and didn't understand how people could be that stupid, loved navigating manually around in games like Morrowind, had an excellent sense of direction and ability to recall where I've been
>hit mid 30's
>ability to remember anything just vanished
>constantly lost
>find maps extremely difficult to read, feel like my brain is overloading when I look at when, can't mentally hold on to what a symbol looks like and what it means at the same time
>frequently find myself just spacing out for minutes out a time or dying because I forgot I was in a fight, like I'll be mid game, blink and suddenly forget what I was doing, had to start taking notes before I turn a game off so I can remember what I was doing
>reflexes and accuracy have completely gone to shit, went from absolutely dominating in any FPS game I play to being negative KDR pretty much every time
>vision still feels the same but I frequently find myself having serious difficulty telling things apart if they are against a similarly colored background
Getting old sucks

that one dungeon that's just a copy of three dungeons on top of each other
they even placed dead bodies where you would have killed them in the previous floor to fuck with you

literally me with puzzles

My navigation skills improved with age, I'm nearly 40 and never get lost ever. You may have early dementia or something.

Every single dungeon crawler that has a teleport maze, for some reason those things are like Kryptonite for the directionally challenged and people just break down into fits of rage.

>kid me beat System Shock at the age of 8
>try to play it today and it feels like the vidya equivalent of War & Peace
I've just completely given up on puzzles at this point, if I encounter one I look it up immediately and sometimes leave a nasty review because of it specifically. Stop putting that shit in games, they are entertainment, meant to be fun, not torture.

Hexen, personally.
It's not really a maze or anything but it is kinda big and annoying to figure out that first level. Haven't even played the others...

An area called Sohn District in Hellpoint is the most confusing area in any souls clone

I like that area. The pipes are rather devilish.

Any games that do this dumbfuck confusing maze levels in fucking current year is BEGGING you to just look shit up.
I liked the Dungeon here that made you feel like you were going in circles, but it isn't a maze, it's basically a straight line.

In what way? Nothing here is particularly obture or obscure, outside of the Dung Eater stuff which is optional and not needed to get through the dungeon.

I'm willing to bet most people that didn't look it up missed the alt route with the pipes that leads to the Frenzied Flame section.

I almost never get lost in video games and have an excellent memory for real life locations. It's useless in real life now that everyone has smartphones.

The only game that ever made me feel legitimately lost was actually an eroge. RJ328341

Why was it so big?
You spend like a third of the game there
