I remember when the April fools event came around and this was the only game mentioned in the captcha other than kotor and pokemon. I think this is the only garbage the mods "play". I'm pretty sure Hiro is gunna drop this place soon, he's setting up a new site in Japan to rip people off which will undoubtedly be a disaster, and this place has been getting worse and worse.

They respawn in the areas around Vault 3 and the enclosed ruins that contain it.

I just wish there were more mods to add in factions taking over areas from other factions, like how Legion takes over Helios One in the base game if you kill all the soldiers with the laser test fire. Forlorn Hope, for example, will never populate with Legion troops and the NCR lookouts will respawn despite completing We Are Legion and wiping the camp out. Things like that irk the fuck out of me and I'm stunned to find nothing on mod sites to add in these things.
