I mean you got pretty much a standard party there. Barbarian easily fits the same slot as fighter and you got wizard cleric and rogue so that's about as rounded of an adventuring party as you can get. You'll be fine but if you're playing Astarion as your main guy just remember; kill them all and take the power you are rightfully owed.

you can respec them eventually. theres a few things that are locked to them, but classwise, they are completely malleable. game gives you alot of leeway to mess with builds
