Kharak is burning…
Motherfuckin bootleg hypercore shit! Get the water!
What a coincidence I tried to play this for the first time today and it was WAY TOO HARDI couldn't get past the first mission after multiple tries. Good music though
>>736397440>Sci fi game>They use names that always end with -k instead of -c or -ckStop doing this you creatively bankrupt hacks
>>736397542There’s nothing left for us here, let’s go…
>>736397440Ok Kharak is burning but have you ever wondered how Imogen feels about this?
Once you read Dune you can't stop seeing it everywhere in "well written fiction"
>>736397604The tutorial?
>>736398425I meant mission 3the one where Kharak is burning and you have to capture an enemy ship that is is better than anything you have and can quickly kill your salvage units and you have no resources to build more
I should get back into this. Last time I played I got filtered by the gardens of kadesh and their horse cock ships
>>736399302Why don't you try distracting it with interceptors and bumrush it with salvage frigates? You're not sending your salvage frigates one by one are you?
>>736397743Dune is poetic, based in antiquated historical trends, and more about basic human nature. It's not really a feasible realization of how an actual sci-fi universe would operate. Homeworld's worldbuilding genuinely does a better job of representing what an actual, living, breathing galaxy would be like. This isn't to diminish Dune at all, because they're both trying to achieve completely different things.
If you want to make the campaign easier on yourself (assuming you're not playing the remake that really fudges the game's intended difficulty curve) remember where the Turanic raider ion array frigates jump in and steal them all.
>>736402069This. Amerifriend, pretend that frigate is an all-you-can-eat fried chicken buffet and the salvage corvettes are your mother.
