>>736409175>Trying to use the right pad as a stickprobably because that sucks! the best use case scenario for the steam controller is in games that support mixed input, so you can get all the benefits of analog input and controller button glyphs, but have the advantage of being able to use the right pad as a precise mouse. second best is just a full kb+m bind setup, but those are usually annoying to set up and you don’t get analog input or proper button glyphs. worst case scenario is funnily enough just trying to use the thing as a regular controller, as using the right pad as a joystick or with the As Joystick setting always has like fucked up weird hard to control sensitivity.the steam controller is like the best shit ever when everything works properly. i just wish the thing had better build quality, and maybe a few extra buttons.
