It's mostly shuffling around of numbers to change up the meta, but no new "content" or anything. Never gonna get new heroes, skins are recolors at best, there have been some new recent skins they had lying around but they're kinda low quality and overpriced. They can't really spare devs to actively work on creating assets but it's cool that there's still a skeleton crew maintaining the game.

There were some pretty hefty map changes recently, personally wasn't a fan of them. But the game is still well "playable" and maintained

He can throw a horadim cube for a slow and has a triangular scroll that roots people
His ult is "Stay a while and listen" which puts enemies in a cone radius to sleep, his other ult is a Lorenado which creates an impassable circle that moves into a designated direction an knocks enemies around. His passive gives him extra armor and cooldown reduction when he's near allies

That was one thing I really enjoyed about Hots. It had some really oddball character concepts that you didn't really see much. Like, you would never see something like Abathur, Lost Vikings, or fucking Cho'Gall in League. For them it was about opportunity cost and not as much about just making money to sustain it.
