My bad chair was so worn out I had to sit on it a specific way and it was causing me literal ass problems. Switched for a wooden kitchen chair and my health improved instantly. Don't underestimate the basics.

It doesn't matter because you need to exercise/work out so your back/legs/core gets stronger. There's no miracle chair for fat or inactive people that will make the chronic pain away until they get stronger and shred fat.
