Aiiieee can you not change the interface at all? Not even just to change the size of elements?
It's like launching the vanilla wow interface at basic size from 2004 on a 2020s monitor.

I'm using lossless scaling to make the ui bigger and you can shift some windows around. It's not going to match modern mmo UI though.
