Not really. The image was a cope meme for some bad dlc/sequel that waters down the original thing (game, films, etc) and people pretending to like it due to the preexisting hype but then doing poorly, in sales or reception. It tries putting blame on a scapegoat "vocal minority" who called out flaws or red flags, claiming they were just souring the experience, that nothing was wrong with it and that somehow it was just as good if not better, rather than admitting the product wasn't good.
