This is an old internet question but hear me out. Was anyone around late 90s, early 00s, and involved in the VGRemix and Newgrounds scene? Does ANYONE else besides me remember the Final Fantasy 7 Musical (Project)? Does ANYONE ELSE besides me remember the sample song, "Green Verdant Landscapes"? The one the "composer" sang all the parts to, in his best Aeris, Tifa, Red XIII, Cloud, and Cid voices?

I just need someone else out there to remember too. I just....... Can't bear this burden alone anymore..........

I remember this too. If I remember the details behind the Final Fantasy 7 Musical project right (I probably don't) was that the guy putting it together either wanted to do an entire album of select FF7 songs that were sung by the cast of the game characters and release that by itself, or he wanted to have the album and animatics done with it. It was meant to be serious, that much is sure. How I came across this project is a mystery but I know the dude had a thread up for try-outs to cast the perfect voices for each character.

I am only determined to find out if anyone else recalls this project, maybe even have the sample song, ~~because I tried out to be a part of it, too. but that was many, many computers ago.~~
