Narrative plays a big part in this. Warframe likes doing this because it is a very talk-heavy world with a lot of interactions and it works, whatever you're talking about because it's been a decade since I touched that game. For all the hate the potatoes get Second Dream is absolute kino.
Meanwhile Prime 4 just throws Prime Samus the Autist Who Never Talks to People For Some Reason right on top of random troopers from Halo and does fuck all to bridge the gap between them so you just end up trying to play a watered down prime game while halo squad members backseat game samus.
