Everyone having a pocket Ragna is a meme for a reason, any retard can pick up Susan or Terumi and find some amount of success at a low level, Jin is also pretty easy too. Once you get past the execution barrier of Naoto, he's also extremely braindead because his gameplan is so simple and he's extremely privileged compared to the other rushdowns. It might just be because I main Makoto and a lot of those characters mentioned also cater towards a rushdown style of play though.
