On a CFW console it's no different from any other pirated PKG file.No point using something like rusty-psn or Zeus links to find it though, since as said it's not available via PSN. You'll have to find a copy that someone else has uploaded to a third-party file sharing site.
The new version is good after the latest updates. It's my favorite arcade golf game released in recent years. Better than Easy Come Easy Golf.
