Childhood is thinking Ezio is the best protag.Teenhood is realizing that Ezio is actually kinda generic and mid.Adulthood is realizing that EVERY AC protag is underdeveloped in some way, making Ezio the best by default due to having the most screentime.

I would say as an adult that Altair is the most relatable character by far even just looking at AC1 and ignoring revelations.
