>>736496378souls games are typically not that hard, and if you struggle you usually can just grind up a few levels or change your strategy, Sekiro more or less railroads a single playstyle and you cannot really level up in it as power increases are tied to clearing bosses and the bosses are balanced around you having said power increases making them mostly pointless.i've had no issue playing demon souls, dark souls 1-3, elden ring, ect but Sekiro with the posture system just didn't click for me.

>>736495072Honestly though, I dont necessarily think this game needs any sort of skill. A lot of the bosses can just be solved by spamming L1 to parry/block. The game would've been a lot better if they made it so that spamming L1 would make you fatigued or something. And that you actually had time properly time your parries.

>>736499103Not really, Sekrio is non-linear.The only open-world Souls games are Sekiro, DS3 and Elden Ring. In Castlevania, you can go pretty much anywhere, provided you have the items to progress, much like Elden Ring and Sekiro.
