Its not really Chiaroscuro in OP picture its more "Pulpy fantasy art from 1920s to 1940s" type of style. Cinematic poster type of artwork you would see hollywood use to promote a movie in 50s and 60s.

No really, convince me. I have thief, system shock, Deus ex, and elder scrolls games, yet I can't be bothered to get invested in ANY of them. At best I'd play oblivion or skyrim just to enjoy the graphics. So why should I play what is basically an older version of daggerfall?
