There are two versions, the PC/console version and the mobile version. Mihoyo refuses to port the mobile version onto consoles, hence why the Switch never got the game despite being announced early on. The game isn't really all that well optimized and experiences issues on the PS4, but the devs are stubbornly refusing to put the mobile version on consoles.
