It's going to be difficult to consistently take down bigger enemies. It bothered me a lot in stage 3 and 5 especially when I played B-S. Stage 4 is where you can save bombs more easily believe it or not, so I turned the stage 5 "routing" into really just bomb spamming starting from the bee nest-like section(after the first midboss) during these attempts. >The cut throughs after 1:20 look a bit fucked.Yeah agreed. That shit was great, I loved it. The NG+ was even better. It's no ZeroRanger (a good thing imo) when it comes to the story, more of a normal JRPG narrative, but it's executed very well. Just a pleasure to just shoot things up, and that's the most important part, but there's a lot of skill ceiling with scoring that you must master to grapple with higher difficulties.

The genre requires a little RP for me but that is what makes it one of my favorites. The lone pilot making his way through hordes of enemies, You were never supposed to make it this far. These are the only games where I genuinely think "I can't keep dodging!" but I do. Very rare and fulfilling.
