So he's Big Boss all along but he's been brainwashed into thinking he was a random soldier who was brainwashed into thinking he was Big Boss?Bravo, Kojimo
Really, anyone can be Big Boss. Even your overweight manager who sends you 5 emails every morning at 6 AM regarding shit nobody cares about.
He's actually Decoy Octopus
What difference would it make if that were the caseGenuinely who cares
no he was just some random merc brainwashed into being big boss till he met the real big boss and was like lets team up as im your doppelganger and you can call me venom snake
>>736572592No no no, the other way anon. He's not really Big Boss, but he plays him on TV.
Who, Venom Snake? No. He wasn't Big Boss. He was a body double of Big Boss and he went kinda crazy after the vagina bomb incident and then the events of Phantom Pain. Big Boss/Naked Snake was busy making Outer Heaven at the time and setting up the events of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2.
all of this to explain a shitty plothole from a 25 year msx sequel no one minded and to follow up on the theme of the final retarded plot twist from the shitty ps3 game
Don't you remember, anon?>Given the right situation, the right story... anyone can be shaped into Snake.
We'll wait for the MG1 remake, and feel every blow Solid gives to Venom until we break into tears.
>>736572863>dude what if The Killing Joke...but militarily
>>736572752Big Boss was there for the vagina bomb, Venom was the medic on the plane. GZ is BB, TPP is Venom.
>>736572929>MG1 Remake>one of the bosses is The Skulls>the Metal Gear is clearly made from pieces of Sahelanthropus>Snake takes Venom's headband, revealing Solid Snake had The Boss' original headband all across the series
I feel like MG1, MG2 and MGS are such small games you could probably remake all of them, bundle them all into a single package, and still stay in a relatively small budget. I mean it's not as if the MSX maps would be particularly complex. Most of them are just corridors. The MGS1's dialogue could just be repurposed from Twin Snakes. And MG1/2 don't really have that much dialogue to begin with due to being MSX games.MGS2 as well if you think about it. Delta was in most parts a shot-for-shot remake of the original game. The easiest parts of the game to recreate were probably the interior areas, like the research lab. MGS2 is 80% samey looking corridors. Since they'd probably just reuse all the audio files from the original game, a remake of MGS2 would probably be the cheapest game of all to make.
>>736573320What I want out of a MG2 remake is a final confrontation between Miller and BB.Even just a codec call between the two before the final fight. Miller has had one hell of a story and it should have closure in some capacity.
>>736573075>the Metal Gear is clearly made from pieces of SahelanthropusNah, it's very obviously an upgraded D-Walker.
>>736573034>GZ is BBGZ is technically Venom reliving the events of GZ in his coma during his BB conditioning.
I'm surprised we never got a game of how Raiden rescued Sunny.
>>736576075Closest we'll get is the original game plan and story of the canned version of Rising.
