She casually pulls the weighted clothing gimmick from Dragon Ball during her story in Sonic Battle, and she has one of the hardest fights in the game when her hallucinations manifest as a coked out max-level CPU Sonic.
Nothing since has retconned Sonic Battle, so while the exact nature of her strength may be dubious, nothing directly refutes her being a physical powerhouse.
