I hate the GTA series, I don't get the appeal at all, infact I'll expand that to all rockstar games. I just don't get the hype at all. However, you can't think if it releases it wont be the single most bought game in history. It's fan base are fucking retards and they will 100% buy it no matter the price. Even if Rockstar demand an ID to play it, people will play it and hand over whatever they have too based solo on the hype along.I really hope it flops because they're gonna want $120+ for standard for sure and if it doesn't flop all games will try to be $100+.in short: GTA fans are fucking retards and will pay through the nose to destroy their own hobby.

It doesnt even have the sandbox do whatever you want allure of fallout and TES. Much of the mini games in 5 for example are locked to missions and many are not even repeatable. Even current day CP2077 has more immersive content. I guess they do the minute details better but you dont notice that shit in gameplay, like the ball shrinking shit in RDR2.

Crimson Desert is very similar, if only slightly better performance wise, the RTX 5090 gives its all to run this at 4k native at 60fps and it's a miracle this game got console ports at all, and even then even the ps5 pro is heavily compromised and looks and runs like ass (crow boss gives his regards)Now let's take a look at GTA VI:It's a game being developed with consoles in mind (a complete mistake in my opinion), so rockstar will need to make compromises in order to have this run even at 30fps and looking like crap on current console hardwareThe difference lies in rockstar being tied to console hardware to make their game, while pearl abyss said "fuck it, let's make a game that gamers will only be able to max out comfortably 1 or 2 generations from now", pearl abyss is in the right, just as Crisis did before, Crimson Desert now pushes for hardware evolution, to reach new and higher boundaries, at the same time, rockstar plays it safe, keeping themselves in the confines of current console limitations.Crimson Desert is on a whole different league than GTA VI will ever hope to be
