Yeah, I feel so too. Maybe not great, Kliff is kind of a plank and too much exposition is tucked away in the glossary and the very easily missable memory sequences and I feel the order some things happen in is a bit arbitrary but the overall plot and world building are very solid. It's got intrigue. It's got variety. It's got great setpieces. It's a lot more engaging than pretty much any of Bethesda's main quests. I fuck with the whole "Game of Thrones, but anime" thing.
