There is so much shit your build might not care about, all faith / int spells, 2h weaps, ranged weaps.. it's a needle in a haystack to even find loot you want, and then getting the stones to upgrade it and runes is another pain in the ass, eventually you just settle with what's working and then the game feels like nothing you find ever matters or has value. Idk why they didn't add some gimmick where you can refine weapons or armor to have stats or more ash of wars or something.
