To the game's credit it has tools to make gathering them much easier but grinding them largely entails you not engaging with the core game loop and instead loading in as a scavenger class called the rook to farm and then extract while avoiding players and enemies.The actual gameplay is very very fun and super unrewarding but if you want to experience everything you have to grind even if you're quite consistent at winning. There are so many aspects of the game that seem to hate you but the actual game is legitimately very fun when you're allowed to participate in it.
