Another wasted month on a weak NSO update. All of these games are already on Switch via Namco Museum Archives, which regularly goes on sale for like $2 or something so if you're like me and buy a lot of the retro games available on the eshop you've probably already had these for a while.I hate that Nintendo only updates one of the apps every month. There are still so many missing first party games and shit like the Gamecube app barely has anything on it. Honestly the NES app is fine where it is, I wouldn't mind if they just stopped updating it entirely, but SNES and N64 are still missing a few big titles and the Gameboy and GBA apps have some pretty shocking exclusions. And like I already said the state if the Gamecube app is genuinely unacceptable. Why the fuck didn't they put Twilight Princess on there for the Zelda 40th? Where's Mario Sunshine? Why are we getting Pokemon XD before Colosseum? It's baffling. Sega needs to just suck it up and dump more games on the Genesis app too, they cancelled their Sega Ages line and their most recent Genesis collection is pretty old at this point(and wasn't good, the emulation was terrible)so why not just throw everything on there? I really do think NSO is a good service overall and a decent value but the drip feed has gotten out of hand.Oh well, see you all next month when they add 1 N64 game and call it a day.
