So pick some of these and focus on getting as much Gift for it possible, plan your entire run to collect as much gifts possible. Also try to get anything else (unless its conditional and not compatible with your team), any bonus thing helps. Max Starlight bonuses are essential, Lunar Memory and Faith too. Pick any option to level up your Sinners. Also Extreme Floors should not be random picks. Avoid multiple enemy encounters, prioritize ones with few bosses or only one. Especially final 2 should be single bosses. I did, while also taking any enemy buff from gift pick

Beating extreme mode is mostly just avoiding those packs with unavoidable shit like normal counters, unclashable attacks, huge crowds like dawn of green. A single attack you don't properly manage can and will instagib a sinner and even if losing a few is fine, a pack having consistent unmanageable attacks is like a death sentence for your whole team.
