The fact that because the NGS CAST/CASEAL part are now unlockable instead of requiring the user to have the part in their inventory, they're extremely expensive and always sold out. You have to wait for the variant of that part to exist in order to get it for "free" from either the Event, the Event Scratch, or Mission Pass. One of the main reason why NGS CAST/CASEAL are popular is because they can get free color change the option CAST Parts > Color Sync Settings at the bottom menu > using Eye Color or Eyebrow Color (both are free to change to any color without any Color Change Pass)
